Methodist Hospital and Methodist Estabrook Cancer Center offers a smoking
cessation program, Quitsmart. The cost is $40. Program coordinator:

Alegent Health Tobacco Cessation Options -
"I Can Program" a 5 week tobacco cessation program involving group therapy
incorporating both behavioral & pharmaceutical strategies to ensure smokers
are physically & mentally prepared for long-term cessation. The cost is $100 per participant.
"Quit Aid" an individually tailored tobacco cessation program that is Medicare
reimbursed. It covers up to eight individual sessions per year. Those not Medicare
eligible will be charged $25 per session. 1-800-Alegent (253-4368)
